Questions
Good to know before you start.
Can’t see your question? Our friendly team is here Monday to Friday.
How long does the Care Certificate training take?
The training is one interactive day covering all 16 Care Certificate standards (updated in 2025). The Care Certificate itself is completed at work: your employer assesses you against each standard, usually within 12 weeks of starting your role, and you leave the training day with a workbook to support that.
Which NVQ level is right for me?
Level 2 is for people new to care or in direct care roles. Level 3 is for those moving into supervisory or team leader roles. Level 5 is for current and aspiring managers, including Registered Manager positions.
Can I learn online, or in the evenings and at weekends?
Yes. Classes are delivered by our trainers either online or in person, with flexible options that include evening and weekend classes.
Do you train whole teams?
Yes. We create bespoke training packages for organisations looking to upskill their teams, alongside competency assessments.
Can you help us register with the CQC or prepare for an inspection?
Yes. We review your readiness, guide you through the application, help prepare documents such as policies and risk assessments, and run mock inspections against CQC’s five key domains.
Where are you based?
Our office HQ is at 32 Queensway, Enfield, London EN3 4SA. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
